okay so i am ridiculously bored/stressed/depressed and i need to take my mind off things..so i made a formspring. i doubt anyone will ask anything..but please do!

i am too hard on myself.
i am beating myself up over something most people would just brush off. i keep replaying it in my head, wondering “what if, what if..” it was a stupid mistake, and now i can’t sleep, i’m running on 3 hours of it, or think of anything else. everybody tells me to relax, but i can’t stop crying and stressing.
